I am sitting in a cafe in Highgate which is almost next to the delicatessan where I FINALLY tracked down a jar of Patum Peperium – much discussed here at the Vincentennial Cookblog.
I’m going to pop in there any minute and buy another portion of aforementioned relish as a competition prize. If you have never tried it you are in for a big treat.
