Vincent says: You can buy uncooked lasagna, but it’s not hard to make your own, and they do taste much better.  In case you can’t tell one pasta from another without a scorecard, lasagna are the broad, ribbon-like squares or rectangles, and when they are green it is because spinach has been added to the dough-spinach and vitamins.  This casserole is a marvelous one-dish meal.
